$18.6 Million Jury Verdict in Motorcycle Lawsuit
The wife of a company president struck a motorcyclist four days after she flunked the CA driving test. A jury awarded the biker $17.7 million in damages for massive injuries that now require him to use a walking cane. The original award of $18.6 million was reduced after the jury found the plaintiff 5 percent at fault because he was on a motorcycle.
